Brazilian soccer star Neymar was at the New York Mets’ game against the Chicago White Sox at Citi Field on Tuesday night.
Well, the Barcelona striker was briefly at the game, at least:

But in the pregame, Neymar gave hitting a try in the Mets’ batting cages. And one would gather from the results that it was the 24-year-old’s very first attempt at swinging a baseball bat:

Hoo boy. That’s definitely not how it’s supposed to be done. You’d think a guy that has become an incredible athlete by using his legs would assume that using your legs is also important to generating much of a baseball swing.
While Neymar’s ability to hit a baseball is as bad as you will ever see, his ability to juggle a baseball is top-notch. Watch Neymar put his soccer skills to use here:
