"Those who played tackle football before age 12 had cognitive issues arise 13.39 years earlier, and behavioral and mood problems 13.28 years earlier than those who began to play at 12 or older."
While not connected with this bill, soccer is potentially undergoing similar changes regarding banning heading for younger children.
