According to Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic, MLB will propose a plan involving a July start for the regular season to owners Monday. It would then need MLBPA approval.

The Athletic's Ken Rosenthal and Evan Drellich reported that four people with the Astros in 2017, including pitcher Mike Fiers, confirmed the team used electronic aids (a center-field camera hooked to a TV near the dugout) to steal signs that year.
