Victoria man rescued by Coast Guard later arrested after leaving dead fish at ‘Goonies’ house
35-year-old Jericho Labonte was the subject of a dramatic Coast Guard rescue Friday. Later Friday, he was arrested over yacht theft and a dead fish dance at the Goonies house.
