WATCH: Syracuse QB Hurdles Virginia Defender on TD Run

Syracuse’s Eric Dungey made one of the best quarterback runs of the day, and paid the price, as he scampered in for this touchdown run against Virginia. Let’s see it from a different angle: My vine was not as popular. Great run though.

WATCH: Texas Tech Runs 2 Point Play for Left Tackle

There have been a lot of two point conversion plays. There haven’t been a lot as slick as this one that Texas Tech pulled off today. The only caveat is that it was against Kansas, but it’s still pretty great.

WATCH: Jarvion Franklin Steamrolls Defender on TD Run

Western Michigan’s Jarvion Franklin was not going to be denied on this touchdown run, unfortunately for poor number 6 on Central Michigan.   WMU’s Jarvion Franklin runs over and flattens defender for a touchdown https://t.co/N2xGrr5nvl — gifdsports (@gifdsports)

WATCH: LaQuan McGowan with the Big Guy TD for Baylor

Baylor’s monster tight end LaQuan McGowan caught national attention last season when he caught a touchdown pass against Michigan State. McGowan is back at it today, scoring this easy touchdown in the middle of Baylor’s romp over Kansas.   LaQuan McGowan — all 400-plus pounds of him — found the end zone, and it was […]

WATCH: South Carolina excites with busted double pass

This is not the way it was drawn up, but this play was just as successful as it was intended to be. South Carolina receiver Pharoh Cooper turned a gadget play from an ugly duckling into a beautiful swan in the Gamecocks’ win over UCF on Saturday afternoon:

LSU’s win over Wisconsin and Auburn’s win over Kansas State did more to shape perceptions (and resumes) in the 2014 college football season than any other non-conference games. This point cannot be forgotten when a full account of the season is ultimately rendered.

WATCH: Leonard Fournette Continues to Run Wild

LSU’s Leonard Fournette had a monster game last week against Auburn where he ran and ran, then he ran and ran some more because he’s a running machine. Today, LSU is playing Syracuse. The Tigers decided to dial up a pass play. But even this pass play found a way to end up with a […]

WATCH: Amara Darboh Goes Full Odell Beckham Jr

Michigan receiver Amara Darboh set the standard for catch of the day, maybe even catch of the year, very, very high with this tremendous one handed grab reminiscent of one Odell Beckham Jr. If the great video isn’t enough, here’s a still: Pretty great way to celebrate becoming an American citizen this week if you […]

Memphis, Cincinnati, and a Season at a Crossroads

The biggest game in the American Athletic Conference was thought to be Thursday night’s scrap between Cincinnati and Memphis at the Liberty Bowl. Make no mistake: It’s still a huge game with major conference ramifications. Due to the nature of the beast that is college football, however, the game isn’t quite the epic clash and […]

WATCH: BYU Shocks Nebraska With Game Winning Hail Mary

BYU was trailing Nebraska 28-27 with 1 second left. Tanner Mangum, in for the injured Taysom Hill, rolled right and unleashed this Hail Mary That ends Nebraska’s 29 year home opening win streak. What could be a huge season for BYU gets started in the most dramatic way possible.

This is a pass play that developed into a quarterback scramble. It’s an appropriate visual for a team that needed rushing yards far more than passing yards last season.

WATCH: Bowling Green Defender Plays Dead

That’s one way to get off the field. One very funny and creative way.
