Dallas Cowboys star quarterback Dak Prescott had a rough game during the team’s 42-10 blowout loss to the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday afternoon, but it sounds like team owner Jerry Jones still has confidence in his quarterback.

During a recent appearance on his radio show this week, Jerry Jones made it clear that he still thinks that Dak Prescott is the quarterback he wants leading his team, even after his three-interception game against the Niners.

“I completely believe we have the quarterback that can take us where we want to go,” Jones said during his radio show appearance according to Clarence E. Hill, Jr. of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. “Make no mistake about it, we have a quarterback that can get us there.”

Jones made it clear that he still thinks Prescott is capable of leading the team to a Super Bowl title.

“Dak Prescott is a quarterback that can get us to the Super Bowl. And that’s the way that’s going to be,” Jones said during his radio show appearance.

We’ll have to see how Prescott bounces back from his brutal performance this weekend and whether or not he can validate the confidence that Jones has in him.
