WNBA superstar Cameron Brink has already posed for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, but it sounds like she’s now open to taking it up a notch.
Last May, Brink was announced as one of the models for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition.
“I think it’s always really hard to be a woman in this world, but especially a female athlete,” Brink told SI Swimsuit at the time. “Am I supposed to look more feminine? Am I supposed to look more athletic? What’s the balance? What do people think? My femininity—I hold that very close to my self-image, so it’s definitely gone back and forth. I think every female athlete’s had a really rough go with body image. But I’m definitely glad I’ve gotten to a really good place, and I’m able to do stuff like this with SI Swimsuit. It’s just very empowering, so I hope everyone can get to a point like this.”
Now, however, it sounds like there is a chance that she could be willing to pose for Playboy.
Former Chicago Sky guard Kysre Gondrezick went viral earlier this year when she posed for Playboy.
“Playboy’s 2025 Miss June,” Gondrezick wrote on Instagram. “Proud to be the first Black professional athlete in history to ever grace Playboy magazine and this year’s centerfold.”
During a recent interview with TMZ, Brink
“Yeah, maybe!” Brink said, adding that Gondrezick “looked absolutely beautiful.”
That said, there is one important condition before Brink decides to pose for Playboy.
“We’ll see … maybe!! If my fiancé approves,” she said with a laugh.
Regardless, it sounds like the WNBA star is at least open to the idea.
