Caitlin Clark Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark (22) gets the crowd excited Tuesday, May 20, 2025, during a game between the Indiana Fever and the Atlanta Dream at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. The Atlanta Dream defeated the Indiana Fever, 91-90.

Caitlin Clark is arguably the biggest name in basketball on the men’s or women’s side. The Indiana Fever phenom is looking to prove to the world that she’s still got it, too, coming off a season that was largely lost to nagging lower-body injuries.

Even as she focuses on her imminent return to the hardwood, Clark has been showing out in other sports. She’s also an extraordinary golfer, something she has in common with fellow sharpshooter Stephen Curry, and even joked that she’d be returning to the soccer pitch.

It’s looking like she’ll also be able to bring her talents to the professional wrestling world, if that’s something she’s interested in.

The Bella Twins, WWE superstars, called out Clark and her Indiana Fever teammate Sophie Cunningham, challenging them to enter the ring.

“She was in an interview, and she called us out. We were like, ‘OK, you want to take the Bella Twins on in the ring?’ Sophie and Caitlin vs. the Bellas,” Nikki said in an interview with Yahoo Sports. “Book it, Wrestlemania!”

The interviewer reminded the sisters that  Cunningham is 6-foot-1, but it didn’t matter much to Brie.

“That’s OK,” she replied. “We’re ready.”

Not the first time

The WWE has shown prior interest in bringing Clark’s enormous star power to the sport.

“The WNBA is doing that. WWE, we’ve done a lot of unprecedented things where it comes to women. Whether it’s women main eventing WrestleMania, main eventing on a weekly basis on Raw, SmackDown, or PLEs. It would be really cool for the two worlds to combine and have an even bigger impact for women. Caitlin Clark, if you’re watching, come on and join,” superstar Bianca Belair said, according to CBS Sports.

“Come in the Royal Rumble. You can be one of the 30 participants. That’s what’s exciting about the Royal Rumble. You never know what’s going to happen. It could be the past, present, future, or just someone you don’t expect. You might see Caitlin Clark 2025 Royal Rumble in Indianapolis.”

Clark has yet to make her WWE debut, but we may just be drawing nearer to the moment.
