Former UFC champion and WWE women’s champion Ronda Rousey recently released an autobiography that’s gotten a lot of attention. That’s mostly because of what Rousey says in the book about her time with the pro wrestling company.
Comments that Rousey made about WWE superstar Logan Paul in the book recently emerged. The current United States Champion obviously has a platform outside of wrestling that he’s succeeded with. He’s been able to weave his way into going from an outsider in the business to a full-time performer who everyone appears to respect. Even the fans who may dislike him.
But Rousey had choice words for WWE’s handling of Paul. Not so much what they’ve done for him but in comparison to what was done for her. Rousey voiced her complaints over this, seemingly lamenting the fact that she was frustrated that “not everyone” gets the time Paul received to rehearse everything.

Paul took a light approach in his public response on his brother Jake Paul’s podcast BS with Jake Paul.
“I want to approach this from a real mature standpoint because I like Ronda Rousey,” Paul said, via Alexander K. Lee of MMAFighting.com. “What she’s done in MMA is incredible. … I have a lot of respect for Ronda Rousey. Every time I’ve met her, it’s been very amicable, so when she’s saying that, I don’t think it’s a personal attack on me by any means. I don’t feel she’s coming after me,” Paul said.
Logan continued, saying, “I feel she’s maybe using me as an example to express her dissatisfaction with how she was treated in WWE. But I can’t speak on that because I don’t know how she was treated.”
On if she was hating on him, Paul said, “I don’t think she’s a hater. I think she might be unhappy with how her run in the WWE went, but I don’t know anything really about that.”
Based on her comments, it’s safe to say that Rousey probably won’t be in WWE ever again. But Paul’s response was about as good as it could have been for the situation.
