Here are all the matchups in easy-to-read form.
Home | Away |
Indiana | Duke |
Purdue | Louisville |
NC State | Penn State |
Virginia | Wisconsin |
Nebraska | Boston College |
Rutgers | Florida State |
Minnesota | Miami |
Michigan State | Notre Dame |
Virginia Tech | Iowa |
Ohio State | Clemson |
Georgia Tech | Northwestern |
North Carolina | Michigan |
Syracuse | Maryland |
Wake Forest | Illinois |
Indiana-Duke, Michigan State-Notre Dame, North Carolina-Michigan, Virginia-Wisconsin and Syracuse-Maryland are all high-profile matchups that should draw great ratings. However, this year’s matchups clearly favor the ACC.
Indiana and Ohio State are both entering rebuilding years with new coaches. Wisconsin should take a step back, Purdue lost Caleb Swanigan to the NBA Draft, and teams like Penn State and Iowa—which are young and show promise—might not have the experience yet to win those games. That said, Michigan State-Notre Dame is very winnable for the Spartans, and Michigan has the tools to upset North Carolina in Chapel Hill.
The ACC won the first 10 challenges, but last year was the conference’s first win since 2008.
