The Minnesota Vikings’ team plane slid off the runway after` landing in Appleton, Wisconsin, for Saturday’s game in Green Bay, but fortunately there were no injuries and everyone is okay.
Or at least as okay as you can be after losing seven of your last nine games, which makes this the perfect metaphor for a Minnesota season that started with division title hopes and will end with the team clawing for (and likely missing) a wild card spot.
While taxiing after a safe landing, the team plane slid off the runway and became stuck. We are waiting patiently to exit the plane.

The Vikings have been stuck for quite a while. The accident occurred around 6 p.m. eastern time.
How much do you want to bet the airport crew is full of Packers fans trying to delay the team from reaching their hotel as long as possible?

Here’s the scene inside the plane, where things look pretty normal. Good to see that everyone is unharmed.
