Shit-posting on the internet is a strange, beautiful beast. A YouTube user named Dog Shit has taken trolling to a surprisingly entertaining level. He will be eating a picture of actor Jason Segel every day until Segel eats a picture of him.
It’s really that simple. Dog Shit has posted videos throughout the week showing him eating Segel’s photos.
Dog Shit has upped the ante each day. On day four of the challenge, he got a tattoo of Jason Segel’s name on his leg while eating a picture of the How I Met your Mother actor.
In front of a live audience, he also ate a picture in a weird piece of performance art.
On Wednesday, he appeared on a morning show and ate a picture of Jason Segel during a live segment.
Dog Shit’s reasoning for picking Jason Segel is sound.
“He’s a good actor,” Maloney says. “I liked The Muppets. I cannot stress enough that this is not fueled by anything.”
Can’t fault that logic.
Segel has yet to bite on the offer, and it’s fair to assume he never will.
Eating printed paper covered in ink can’t be healthy for his digestive system, so let’s hope Jason Segel takes up Dog Shit’s offer. Even if it’s incredibly weird, I’d love to see Segel and Dog Shit eat one another (God, that sounds so wrong).
