The No. 5 North Carolina Tar Heels came away with a 81-79 ACC road win against the Clemson Tigers on Saturday night, but the victory included a scary moment in the first half.
UNC head coach Roy Williams collapsed on the court, and was escorted back to the locker room with just under a minute to go in the first half.

Williams didn’t return to the game, and the UNC basketball Twitter account tweeted that he had a vertigo attack.

The 68-year-old has a history of vertigo attacks, with one of the incidents occurring during a North Carolina game against Boston College in February of 2016.
Update: Williams said he felt better later during the game, but didn’t want to return and “jinx” the Tar Heels while they had the lead.
