Juan Soto has homered in many Major League Baseball parks. But he’s yet to clobber one over every fence.

There are a few stadiums that Soto, the New York Yankees’ prized offseason acquisition, hasn’t belted over the fence yet. However, that doesn’t mean that 1) Soto isn’t aware or 2) Soto doesn’t want to do it either.

He hit one over another on Sunday. Soto added George M. Steinbrenner Field to the list of places he’s homered at with a majestic opposite-field blast that went off the scoreboard. It seemed to invigorate the multi-time All-Star, who was feeling froggy during an in-game interview.

Soto said his goal in 2024 is to hit a home run in every Major League ballpark. He claimed he was missing “six or seven,” which will be easier to attain now. Not just because he plays in an entirely different league but also because the Yankees will obviously play every team now, thus, he has more opportunity.

A quick glance through Baseball Reference shows that Soto was actually off. He has five ballparks left to homer in: Angel Stadium (LA Angels), Guaranteed Rate Field (Chicago White Sox), Minute Maid Park (Houston Astros), T-Mobile Park (Seattle Mariners), and Globe Life Field (Texas Rangers). Since all these teams are in the American League, Juan Soto will have a chance to get a home run in every ballpark.
