The Big Ten ruled on Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh on Friday, suspending him for the remainder of the regular season.

The Wolverines got themselves in a web of apparent trouble as they’ve gotten entrenched in a sign-stealing scandal that’s rocked the CFB world. Everyone was waiting for the decision to be made, with punishment expected by everybody, though varying depending on who you talk to.

Ultimately, the conference ruled that Harbaugh couldn’t coach the team for the remainder of the season. That means the Michigan head coach won’t be able to participate in the Wolverines’ remaining games against Penn State, Maryland, and rival Ohio State.

The decision has received criticism from some places for being too light. But with all that said, Michigan stars reacted to the punishment decision later on in the day. The team was in an airplane en route to State College, Pennsylvania, where the team will play Penn State on Saturday morning, while the decision was made. So, any reaction to the decision was in real time.

Michigan seemed to get the memo and is choosing one way to handle it.

“Bet,” quarterback J.J. McCarthy posted.

That message was also carried out by star defensive tackle Kris Jenkins Jr., the son of former All-Pro Kris Jenkins.

“Bet,” Jenkins posted.

It appears that Michigan is locked in. We’ll see how they come out after a busy two weeks on Saturday morning.
