Things have gotten contentious on the road to WWE WrestleMania XL. The annual extravaganza held this year in Philadelphia will be a sight to see for many reasons. WWE Undisputed Universal Champion Roman Reigns will defend the title against Cody Rhodes in a sequel to last year’s epic. Before that, Reigns and Rhodes will wrestle on Night 1 of WrestleMania in a tag team match featuring The Rock and WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins.
Rollins and Reigns’ story spans over a decade as the two were part of the famed Shield faction that became one of the best in WWE history. Seth, Roman, and AEW’s Jon Moxley went on to become key cogs and Rollins and Reigns still reign over WWE to this day.
Reigns and Rollins have spat at each other over the past few weeks and things took a turn on X on Friday. He responded to a diss Reigns had about Rollins being in his first WrestleMania main event.
Seth’s response claimed Reigns’ “Greatest WrestleMania moment’ occurred at WrestleMania 31, when he cashed in Money in the Bank to win the WWE Championship in a shocking but epic moment.

His response was quite crafty and, admittedly, a bit better than Reigns’. While Roman’s suggestion was toward Seth’s WrestleMania status, it did get a bit blurred, unsurprisingly.
Point to Rollins in this one.
