Clemson Troll

In one of the most iconic entrances in college football, the Clemson Tigers always take the field at Death Valley by rubbing Howard’s Rock and running down the hill. And it appears that the UCF Knight’s baseball team had a little fun with that tradition in an attempt to troll Clemson.

This weekend, UCF completed a three-game sweep of the Clemson Tigers on the baseball diamond, beating the Tigers 4-2 on Friday, 10-7 on Saturday, and then 13-6 on Sunday. And after that final win on Sunday afternoon, the Knights decided to celebrate the sweep in a pretty iconic way, running into Clemson’s football stadium and running down the hill to troll Clemson.

The video was shared by Clemson football writer Matt Connolly of On3.

Looks like the UCF baseball team celebrated its sweep of Clemson by running down the hill at Death Valley. Not sure how they got in,” Connolly said in a tweet.

It was certainly a hilarious troll after a well-earned sweep of the Tigers on the baseball diamond, and the college football world had plenty to say about it on Twitter.

UCF may have bragging rights in baseball, but Clemson actually beat UCF in the only previous matchup on the football field as the Tigers defeated the Knights by a score of 21-13 back in 2001.
