The 2023 Masters is going to feature a lot of drama as PGA Tour and LIV Golf players mix and match on the golf course at Augusta National.

According to LIV CEO Greg Norman, the plan if one of the LIV golfers wins is for all 18 LIV players at the 2023 Masters to storm the 18th green.

“They’ve said that if one of them wins then the other 17 will hang around and be there to congratulate him around the 18th green,” Norman said recently per Golfweek. “Could you imagine what a scene that would be, all these players hugging the winner?”

One of the most likely LIV players to potentially end up with the green jacket is Cameron Smith. However, when asked about this plan for all of his compatriots, Smith had no idea what Norman was talking about.

“I definitely got left out on that one,” Smith said when asked about the celebration.

Augusta National is one of the strictest courses in the nation when it comes to rules and regulations, especially around the Masters. And the idea of a collection of golfers celebrating together on the 18th green with the winner would almost certainly violate a number of them.
