Star golfer Jordan Spieth just nailed an absolutely insane shot to win a match play event.
Spieth holed out from 30 yards out to defeat fellow PGA Tour golfer Mackenzie Hughes 4-3 in the WGC Dell Technologies Match-Play event in Austin, Texas.
A native Texan and alum of the University of Texas in Austin, Spieth certainly got everybody going with the ridiculous shot.
“Jordan Spieth with a WALK-OFF PITCH-IN to seal a 4-and-3 win over Mackenzie Hughes!” Golf Channel enthusiastically tweeted.

It doesn’t get any wilder than that shot. Spieth himself had a hilarious reaction to the shot.
“That’s ********, man, I’m sorry,” Spieth told his opponents. Hysterical. I mean, it is a completely ridiculous shot and a ridiculous way to end the match after all.
The video of the shot went viral quickly after he launched it and many had reactions to the incredible shot.

Jordan Spieth has won 13 times on the PGA Tour. He’s won three of the four major championships, only failing to win the PGA Championship at this time. He’s won them all apiece, so he has one Masters Championship and green jacket, one U.S. Open Championship, and one The Open Championship to his name.
The Official World Golf Ranking lists Spieth as the No. 14 golfer in the world as of today. U.S.-born Scottie Scheffler currently sits No. 1 overall.
