Although inclement weather, trees falling, and other factors have intervened, Tiger Woods is still hanging around.

The legendary golfer made the cut at the 2023 Masters Tournament. Woods lived on the edge a bit with his scores but survived the cut-line. In doing so, the iconic Woods made history.

The PGA Tour noted, “Tiger Woods has made the cut at #theMasters. This marks 23 consecutive made cuts at Augusta, tying Fred Couples and Gary Player for most all-time.”

Tiger just made the cut line and currently sits 54th on the leaderboard. He’s shot +9 and shot 6-over through seven holes on Saturday. Play at The Masters was suspended again due to weather concerns.

It’s no surprise that even when Tiger Woods is on the cut line, the legend is still finding a way to make history in some way. Insane!

The sports world reacted to the huge Tiger Woods news.

“A great day for @TigerWoods a great day for @TheMasters a great day for #golffans,” one fan tweeted.

“GOAT,” one user declared.

“The main reason why I watch golf. Let’s go!” another user tweeted.

Dan Rapaport put Woods’ recent cut statistics up against some of the best golfers in the world.

“He did it again!” Malik Zaire tweeted.

He will need a remarkable series of events to happen to win the Masters again. But, if nothing else, you will see Tiger Woods continue to play golf this weekend.
