A Class of 2025 recruit added a play to his highlight reel on Sunday, making one of the best interceptions anyone will ever see.

Adrian Walker Jr. and Belleville High School squared off against Southfield High School for the Arts and Technology on Sunday night in Michigan’s Division 1 State Championship Game at Ford Field.

Belleville was on defense late in the first quarter. A pass came into Walker’s lane and while he got his hands on the ball, he couldn’t quite bring it in — at least not at first. After the ball bounced off his hands, Walker got turned around, with the ball falling toward the ground behind him.

It never reached the ground, though, as Walker made a blind one-handed interception.

The highlight-reel interception got a lot of attention on Sunday night, and rightfully so.

A lot goes into making a play like this. The first thing is that Walker was in the right position to defend the pass. And even though he couldn’t haul the pass in initially, he showed incredible athleticism hands and focus to still come away with the pick.

Walker already has a lot of interest from colleges. Once college coaches see this play, that interest will only grow.
