After starting out the 2019 season with an MLB-best 13-2 record, the Seattle Mariners have gone a brutal 13-38 since. And Friday summarized how things are going for the Mariners these days.
First, it was announced that outfielder Mitch Haniger — arguably Seattle’s best player — is going on the Injured List after suffering a ruptured testicle. *Ouch*.

The injury occurred after Haniger — a 6.1-WAR player in 2018 — fouled a ball off his… well, yeah.

Well, to add insult to injury, a cow urinated on the Mariners’ on-deck circle before their game against the Angels in Anaheim. Yes, really:
