Fresh off losing two of three to the New York Yankees, the San Francisco Giants were ready to strike on Monday.

The Giants went on the road to the Windy City to play the Chicago White Sox. San Francisco opened up shop on the Sox as they pounded them into submission. They used a crazy fifth inning, in which the team hit four home runs!

Michael Conforto, who hadn’t homered since 2021, smoked one of the four home runs that inning.

Thairo Estrada followed Conforto with a bomb of his own and then Mike Yastrzemski hit one over the wall as well!

Finally, David Villar also put the team on the board with the FOURTH home run of the inning!

The Giants are no strangers to doing this either. San Francisco clobbered four home runs in an inning in September 2011 against the Colorado Rockies.

The MLB account was wowed by it, saying the team was on a roll. That’s for sure!

Although, as one fan pointed out, it is funny that it looked like “4-hour” inning because of how it was written.

B/R Walk-Off was also extremely impressed.

The Giants are well on their way to pulling to 2-2 on the young season. Villar crushed a Grand Slam for his second home run of the day, followed by a home run by Bryce Johnson.
