The Philadelphia Phillies had some huge hits Tuesday night in their 10-0 NLCS win over the Arizona Diamondbacks, but the biggest blow came after the game.

That’s when a fan ran out on the field to join the Phils’ victory celebration at Citizens Bank Park.

That turned out to be a huge mistake. As the fan sprinted through the outfield at full speed (well, his top speed anyway), a security officer running in the opposite direction hit him and leveled him, knocking the intruder down.

X user Dunphy215 captured the hit and the hilarity too, as relievers running in from the bullpen doubled over in laughter at the tackle, with one even falling down laughing.

No word on the fan’s condition, or the security guard’s for that matter, but that collision had to hurt.

While it wasn’t much fun for the fan — who will also face charges for rushing the field — X/Twitter enjoyed the spectacle. Adam Kramer noted, “They would have called targeting on the field, the Internet would have been so mad and then it would have been overturned.”
