After helping the Atlanta Hawks push by the Detroit Pistons on Saturday night to remain in third place in the Eastern Conference standings, Jeff Teague couldn’t even get a ride to the airport on the team bus. Teague was left stranded outside of the arena following the 112-95 victory, and his unfortunate moment was captured on Instagram.

Teague scored 12 points and racked up 12 assists in the Atlanta victory, while also draining tow of his three-point shot attempts. You would think that kind of effort would prevent the team bus from leaving the arena without him, but this was clearly not the case.

This is at least the second time this year we have seen someone left behind by the team bus. Following the College Football Playoff national championship game, Alabama’s team bus left without offensive cooridnator Lane Kiffin. As was the case with Kiffin, who is no stranger to being left behind by the team bus, Teague had a laugh at his own expense. What better way to have a laugh than by using the Crying Jordan meme?

Who will be the next notable sports figure to get left behind by a team bus in the thrill of victory this year?

[FTW]
