Denver Nuggets swingman Wilson Chandler reeled in a massive fish on Friday that would make River Monsters‘ Jeremy Wade proud.

Chandler caught a (properly named) Goliath Grouper in the ocean, and the fish weighs 350 pounds.

According to Wikipedia (the web’s most reliable source according to Michael Scott), Goliath Groupers are usually around 400 pounds when they mature, and they can weigh as much as 790 pounds. So, believe it or not (I’m having a hard time believing it myself), these fish get quite a bit bigger than the one Chandler reeled in.

Chandler missed the entire 2015-16 NBA season due to hip surgery, after averaging 13.9 points per game for the Nuggets in the 2014-15 campaign. Hopefully the 29-year-old can return to the court as the same player he was before the injury, but he have may another career ready to go as an extreme fisherman if the basketball thing doesn’t work out.
