A Delaware Blue Hens college softball player made one of the best catches you’ll ever see.

Julz Garber, a junior outfielder out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, made an incredible play on Sunday afternoon. Her Blue Hens played the Monmouth Hawks and she took the spotlight.

Hawks catcher Abby Warner stood at the plate and roped one in the outfield on a 1-0 pitch. Garber tracked the ball, dove and made an incredible, leaping, over-the-shoulder grab!

“Is that Willie Mays in center field?” The NCAA Softball Twitter account asked. “Nope, just @julz_garber doing her thing.”

The video of the incredible play made the rounds on the Internet as it went viral.

NCAA Softball’s post has hit 17,300+ views as of Monday afternoon.

“Another Garb Grab!” one fan tweeted.

“This is a tremendous catch!” a fan tweeted.

“Julz Garber is amazing,” teammate Kristen Luzon tweeted.

“That’s my center fielder,” teammate Taylor Wroten also tweeted.

Another teammate, Kendall Shank, joined the party on Twitter. “Let me introduce you to…JULZ GARBER!!!” with a Goat emoji. High praise!

“I KNOW HER!!!!” teammate Anaya Troy also exclaimed.

 

Finally, yet another teammate, Katie Scheivert, showed off some appreciation. “JULZ. GARBER,” Scheivert tweeted.

Clearly, Julz Garber is very well-liked, as several of her teammates flocked to her incredible highlight to boost it. It was also well worth it, as this was just an insane grab. Finding another college softball play as incredible as this will be tough!
