Louisville crushed Florida State today, as Heisman frontrunner Lamar Jackson carved up the Seminole defense with both his legs and his arm. However, the play of the day was made by Cardinals receiver James Quick.
Quick, a senior, snagged this improbable catch towards the end of the first half. His run afterwards to the Florida State two set Jackson up for another rushing touchdown, his third of the half, which propelled the No. 10 Cardinals to a 35-10 lead over the No. 2 Seminoles at the break.
And just because the catch deserves another look, here it is again in slo-mo.
How did he catch that?! #SCtop10 https://t.co/6KnBOPJ0Qt

College Gameday’s Lee Corso, a Florida State alum, happened to be on the Seminole sideline with a perfect view of the catch. And no, he couldn’t believe it either.

Louisville is for real, folks. Don’t let this circus catch distract you from the fact that the Cardinals dismantled the No. 2 team in the country. Only two weeks until they take on Deshaun Watson and No. 5 Clemson in what should be a massively fun game.
