The Cincinnati Bengals have regained their form as AFC contenders, winning each of their last four games against some tough competition. However, their chance of adding to that win streak on Sunday may be in big jeopardy, as the team is dealing with some notable injuries to star wide receivers Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins.
Chase and Higgins are arguably the best wide receiver duo in all of football and certainly play a pretty big part in the Bengals’ success on offense.
Unfortunately, both appear to be in jeopardy of missing Sunday’s game against the Houston Texans. Reports emerged on Thursday that Higgins is expected to miss the game, while Chase just returned to practice on Thursday in a limited fashion.
Bengals WR Tee Higgins did not practice today. WR Ja'Marr Chase was upgraded to limited, per the team's injury report.

Chase did reveal that he feels like he will be able to play in the game, which is obviously encouraging.

Regardless, it seems like there is a very real chance that Chase isn’t going to be at 100 percent for the game. And he will in all likelihood be without his co-star at wide receiver in Higgins.
That could spell problems against the Texans, especially considering how impressive the Texans offense has been in recent weeks.
Texans rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud is really coming into his own as a promising NFL quarterback, highlighted by a five-touchdown performance in their Week 9 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
