Linebacker Logan Wilson has been one of the cornerstones of the Cincinnati Bengals defense since he was drafted in 2020. And he’s not going anywhere.
It was announced on Friday that Wilson and the Bengals agreed to a four-year deal with $37.25 million.
Ian Rapoport reported the deal while Wilson’s agency, Wasserman confirmed it.

Wilson was a third-round pick of Cincinnati’s in the 2020 Draft. He played in two games that year, starting year. In 2021, he moved into a full-time starter role and thrived. He recorded 100 tackles (57 solo) in 2021, forcing a fumble and intercepting four passes. In 2022, he made 123 tackles (83 solo), forced one fumble and intercepted one pass.
Additionally, Wilson has shown a knack for making big plays in big games, helping the Bengals to playoff victories in both the 2021 and 2022 seasons.
In the AFC Divisional Round following the 2021 season, Wilson intercepted a pass from Tennessee Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill. That set up the game-winning field goal and sent the Bengals to the AFC Championship Game. Last year, he came through with a forced fumble as Baltimore Ravens quarterback Tyler Huntley was trying to score on a quarterback sneak. Cincinnati’s Sam Hubbard recovered the fumble and returned it 98 yards for a touchdown that ended up being the game-winner.
