Kyler Murray took a giant step forward this week, returning as a full participant in practice for the first time since undergoing ACL surgery in January.
Despite the progress, the Arizona Cardinals are listing Murray as doubtful for Sunday’s game against the Baltimore Ravens.
Murray did not carry an injury designation Thursday, after fully practicing two straight days. Cardinals head coach Jonathan Gannon, when asked why Murray had not carried an injury designation, said “he’s fully healthy.”

It’s obviously not a good idea to rush your franchise quarterback — or at least someone who’s being paid like a franchise QB — back into action after a months-long recovery from a torn ACL.
Fans had mixed feelings about Murray’s downgrade on the injury report.
If he practices he should play

Will Kyler Murray be a QB you can trust? pic.twitter.com/0Lbt5ky8Bt

He won’t play the next 2 games. Ravens and browns d would destroy him. Ease him back in after them.

If they weren’t trying to tank he’d be playing Sunday

Why even doubtful just make a decision

Good. There’s no need for him to play. They lose either way. Might as well keep his minimal trade value up

Good, that means they will keep on losing for the rest of the year

Also Doubtful that he’s their QB next year
