Former Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Adam “Pacman” Jones is in trouble with the law again. This time after a shocking airplane arrest on the 22nd anniversary of the 9/11 terrorism attacks.

According to 700 WLW in Cincinnati, Jones was in the Boone County Detention Center on Monday morning after being arrested by airport police.

700 WLW reported that Jones “caused a disturbance this September 11th on a plane about to take off from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.”

According to local media reports, witnesses sent videos from the incident in which Jones could be seen standing and asking police, “Why would I get off?”

Just hours prior, Jones posted a video to X, formerly known as Twitter, where he could be seen walking through the airport and talking about Sunday’s Bengals vs. Cleveland Browns game.

Jones was one of the Bengals’ “Ruler of the Jungle” last season, a tradition that started in 2021, where a die-hard Bengals fan or former Bengals player serves as king for the day.

Jones has yet to be charged in the pending case.

The NFL world was quick to react to the shocking news:
