The Oakland Raiders are bad, entering Sunday with a 3-10 record. The Cincinnati Bengals are also bad, entering Sunday with a 5-8 record, and starting quarterback Andy Dalton was lost for the season with a thumb injury in November.
Well, the two teams are playing against each other right now in Cincinnati, and there are a ton of empty seats at Paul Brown Stadium.

Can you blame these fans? Who wants to watch bad football — and either pay for tickets or pay at least pay for concessions, parking, transportation, etc if you already had tickets — when you can spend your Sunday doing something enjoyable (like, just sitting at home and watching the RedZone).
