The Cincinnati Bengals defeated the Buffalo Bills in the division round of the playoffs this year, defeating the Bills 27-10 in extremely snowy conditions in Buffalo. Even though the game was played in Buffalo, one Bills player seems to think the only reason the Bengals won was the winter weather – but Bengals receiver Ja’Marr Chase isn’t buying it.
This week, a quote surfaced from Buffalo Bills wide receiver Isaiah McKenzie who claimed “If we were in a dome, it would have been a totally different game.”
That quote made its way to Cincinnati Bengals star wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase, and he had a pretty clear response to that excuse on Twitter, pointing out that it was his first time ever playing in the snow and he had no problems.

“my first time ever playing ina snow bro. just gotta play at the end of the day roun,” Chase said in response to McKenzie.
It’s a pretty blunt response to the assertion, and it quickly went viral on social media.
What I’m hearing is a team that should be able to play in the snow is mad about the conditions that’s supposed to be there advantage against a team that doesn’t play in it… Ight if y’all butt hurt just say that shit then.. https://t.co/HNi6LAPnyV

Chase had a relatively strong performance in the game, finishing with five catches for 61 yards and a touchdown to help lift his team over the Bills and send them to their second consecutive appearance in the AFC title game.
It’s safe to say that he and the Bengals were unbothered by the snow.
