The New York Jets had a massively disappointing performance this season, with one of the worst offenses in the entire league, especially after the season-ending injury to Aaron Rodgers. But despite the disappointing year, it doesn’t sound like the team is planning to make many personnel changes over the offseason to help address or fix any problems.

During his press conference on Monday morning, New York Jets head coach Robert Saleh announced that he does not foresee the team making any “significant” changes to the coaching staff this offseason.

“We’re going to evaluate the staff. There’s some guys that I’m sure will have opportunities elsewhere, but I’m not anticipating anything significant,” Saleh said according to SNY.

It’s pretty horrible news for Jets fans who were hoping that the team would make some actual changes this offseason instead of simply inserting Rodgers into the lineup and hoping it fixes everything. As a result, people had a lot to say about it on social media.

This season, the Jets had the second-worst total offense in the entire NFL, putting up just 268.6 yards per game. They also ranked in the bottom four in the league in scoring offense, scoring just 15.8 points per game.

But they will be making no changes to the staff.
