As is recent tradition for NFL broadcasters, NBC released a new scorebug and graphics package for this year’s Super Bowl. In what will likely be in use until the next time NBC has the Super Bowl, it’s a more centered scorebug compared to the previous one.

Reaction to the new bug was largely positive. There was some criticism and that was totally fair, but it was positive overall. Considering change can cause a subsconscious negative reaction, having a positive reaction to the new scorebug, considering NBC’s old one looked pretty good, is a breath of fresh air for the network.

This is just a sampling of the reaction to the new scorebug.
