As the NFL gets set to play its second straight game in London Sunday, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said the league could add an international game at another location as soon as 2024.

Speaking at a fan forum in London, where the Jacksonville Jaguars and Buffalo Bills will meet Sunday, the commissioner said that several international markets are interested in hosting a game.

“We actually have three or four markets that are here this weekend and next weekend that are interested in hosting a game,” Goodell said (via the AP).

There’s long been speculation the league would broaden its International Series. London is hosting three games this season and Frankfurt, Germany is hosting a pair of contests in November.

Among possible sites that have been mentioned for international expansion are Brazil and Spain. The NFL has also played past international regular season games in Mexico and Canada.

NFL fans in the U.S. have always been indifferent to the league’s international efforts, and that seemed to be the sentiment Saturday on social media.
