Love him or hate him, you can’t deny Tom Brady can play some damn fine quarterback.

The 40-year-old amazed again on Sunday afternoon, leading the Patriots to a 36-33 win over the Houston Texans, which featured an incredible touchdown pass to Brandin Cooks with less than 25 seconds remaining.

Down five points with 2:24 on the clock, Brady led the Patriots from the New England 25-yard line all the way to the Houston 25, when this happened.

Besides the timing of the game-winning touchdown and the perfect throw by Brady, credit needs to be given to Cooks for that amazing catch. Not only did the star WR manage to keep his feet in-bounds mere centimeters from being out, but he managed to control the ball after making the catch.

This is the second straight win for the Patriots and brings the team you love to hate to a 2-1 record. Brady, meanwhile, showed no signs of slowing down, as he put on a clinic, completing 25 of 35 passes for 378 yards and a season-high five touchdowns. Cooks snagged five catches for 131 yards and two touchdowns.

The lesson here is one that continually needs to be told: Never count out Tom Brady or the Patriots. No matter what the score (just ask the Falcons) they never give up. Chalk up another amazing win for New England.
