As the Tiger Woods case continues, we are learning a lot about the golfer and his relationship with ex-girlfriend Erica Herman and most of it isn’t good.
The allegations against Woods by Herman do not show the golfer in a positive light especially after it was revealed that he may have abused her while they were together.
Herman wanted the judge to dismiss the nondisclosure agreement she had with Woods, which the judge refused. Now the world is finding out that Herman was worried about what would happen if she decided to sign the NDA.
She was terrified she’d lose everything, which apparently she did. Herman was an employee in one of Woods’ restaurants before she dated him.
Herman sent an email to Woods’ business manager to discuss the NDA,
“My only concern is if by chance TW does something that brings our relationship to an end, do I automatically loose [sic] my job?”
“I don’t have any problems with what’s in the document because I wouldn’t go public or use anything I know to hurt him or the kids but with my whole life in his hands now I would want to have some kind of control over my future in the business.”
She ended the email as if knew her future fate.
“If something happened 5-10 years down the road I don’t want to be in my 40’s heartbroken and jobless. Thoughts?”
Herman is suing Woods for $30 million.
