What do Bobby Knight, John Daly, Dennis Rodman, Johnny Damon, Mike Ditka, Mike Tyson, Richie Incognito, Paul O’Neill, Terrell Owens, Rex Ryan, Lou Holtz, Herschel Walker, and Clay Buchholz have in common?

They’ve all publicly endorsed Donald Trump for President. That’s right, all of those former and current athletes along with many others have endorsed the presumptive Republican candidate for President of the United States.

U.S. women’s soccer team and FC Kansas City star Sydney Leroux Dwyer, however, is not on that list, and neither is her husband Dom Dwyer (who plays for Sporting Kansas City).

The two soccer players have instead made it very clear they are not fans of Trump, and have a particular less-than-flattering use for his face.

I don’t think Leroux was saying she loves Trump. I think she’s professing her love for Dwyer instead. But it’s good to know that this toilet paper is in fact high-quality. At least Trump can make that great again.

With many athletes coming out in support of Trump, it’s interesting that there haven’t been as many high-profile athletes doing the opposite. There have been a couple before this, though. For example, in December, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Muhammad Ali condemned the presidential candidate:

“If violence can be an abstraction — and it can; that’s what a threat is — the Trump campaign meets this definition. Thus, Trump is ISIS’s greatest triumph: the perfect Manchurian Candidate who, instead of offering specific and realistic policies, preys on the fears of the public, doing ISIS’s job for them,” Abdul-Jabbar stated.

“Speaking as someone who has never been accused of political correctness, I believe that our political leaders should use their position to bring understanding about the religion of Islam and clarify that these misguided murderers have perverted people’s views on what Islam really is,” Ali said.

Now that Trump has practically locked down the Republican candidacy, it wouldn’t be too surprising to see more athletes speak out against him in the coming months. We’ll see if any follow Leroux and Dwyer’s lead of making Trump a bathroom fixture.
