Idaho knife murders suspect Bryan Kohberger is behind bars in Moscow, Idaho after a judge ordered him held without bail. A public defender represented Kohberger at the proceedings.

TMZ revealed that one of the survivors of the attack claims she say a man “5-10 or taller, not very muscular but athletically built with bushy eyebrows, wearing black clothing with a mask.”

She reportedly told police the man “walked right past her” as she “stood in a frozen shock phase” and then he walked past her and left the house.

She claims she also heard a male voice say, “I’m going to help you.”

TMZ also reported that Kohberger‘s DNA “was found on the knife sheath at the scene of the Idaho murders.” Police were able to make a match by sourcing his family’s DNA from their curbside trash.

The DNA taken from Kohberger’s father matched the police’s suspect, whom they had “in their crosshairs” fewer than two weeks after the murders while focusing on the hunt for a white Hyundai Elantra.

According to TMZ, several surveillance videos showed the white Elantra making three passes by the “murder house” before finally stopping at 4:04 a.m. Other videos show the white Elantra leaving the area at a “high rate of speed” around 420 a.m.

Kohberger is innocent until proven guilty.
