Samuel L. Jackson was on The Dan Patrick Show Wednesday, and Dan Patrick asked Jackson if he thought that he would be able to beat Tiger Woods in a round of golf right now, to which Jackson said he might be able to.

But along with his response, Jackson gave us something much more. He claims to have already beaten the once-greatest golfer in the world “a long time ago”, which would be like beating Michael Jordan in a game of basketball in his prime.

Here’s how Jackson put it in talking to Patrick:

Jackson said that Woods gave him 16 shots, and he shot a 78. Woods shot an even par, which gave Jackson the victory over Woods.

The actor also said that he had played against Michael Jordan and Charles Barkley. He made note of Barkley not being so great, and how Jordan is a big trash talker.
