Recently, Florida State Seminoles softball slugger Jahri Kerr smoked a home run that hit off the scoreboard in Tallahassee.
North Carolina Tar Heels shortstop Alex Brown saw that and decided to one-up the Seminole with a blast OVER the scoreboard!
Brown slugged the home impressive three-run shot as UNC softball was tied with Appalachian State at two runs apiece. The pivotal three-run bomb went way far and put the Heels on top.

UNC won the softball matchup with the Mountaineers, 5-3. App State tacked on a run later on but it did not matter in the end.
The home run is yet another impressive dinger that we’ve seen from the 2023 softball season, one that’s generated a lot of excitement and fun across the sport.
After their win on Tuesday night, UNC is 11-19 on the season. They aren’t looking like they’ll contend in the ACC this season after such a poor start. But they still might prove feisty if they can slug out home runs like the one that Brown hit.
The sophomore from South Effingham High School in Guyton, Georgia even got her high school to notice her towering blast.
