President Joe Biden is being roundly roasted for his epic bracket failure, picking Arizona to win the NCAA Tournament. The NCAA Tournament had barely gotten underway before a lot of brackets got busted. For only the 11th time in NCAA Tournament history, a No. 15 seed beat a No. 2 when Princeton upset Arizona.

One of the busted brackets belonged to the President of the United States, Joe Biden.

Biden revealed his picks for both the men’s and women’s tournaments on Thursday. On the men’s side, he went with Arizona.

And it did not take long for college basketball fans on Twitter to jump in and have some fun at the expense of Biden’s bracket.

Political allies and foes of Biden all wasted little time making fun of his poor selection. And they were not the only ones to do so.

Compiling the brackets from different providers, The New York Times identified Arizona as the seventh-most popular championship pick. So, while Mr. Biden didn’t take the most common team, he’s far from the only person to have his bracket busted.

Biden’s other pick, Villanova, will open up its NCAA Tournament bid on Saturday against Cleveland State. For his sake, we can only hope that those Wildcats do better than the ones from Arizona did. Though the good news for President Biden is that they can’t do any worse.
