One topic that has divided opinion and may have divided friendships, relationships and families is whether or not pineapple should be placed on a pizza. Some appreciate the contrast of the sauce to the tropical fruit while others just revolt at the idea.
I personally fall on the “pineapple doesn’t belong on a pizza” side and I thought pineapple on pizza was one of the worse things you can put on a pizza. That was, until I found out someone put strawberry on a pizza.
Yes, you read that right. Someone thought it was a good idea to put strawberries on pizza.

First of all, this doesn’t even look appetizing and second of all, strawberries on pizza? I mean, the only explanation I can figure out is that this is an attempt to get people to realize that pineapple on pizza isn’t such a bad thing after all. In comparison, pineapple seems miles better than strawberry.
Maybe the idea of strawberry on pizza is because the pic I am going off of is terrible and really doesn’t entice me to eat pizza, much less one with strawberries. Seeing a site that has strawberry pizza that’s photographed well and it does look better. Still doesn’t mean I would ever want a slice but at least it doesn’t have to look totally repugnant.
But even though I vehemently feel this abomination shouldn’t see the light of day, people who love strawberry pizza should, and deserve to, enjoy it. You’re not going to see me have strawberry pizza but if that’s your thing, have fun.
