The fans got what they paid to see in Saturday’s Nationals-Mets game at Nats Park: an ump show!
They certainly weren’t there to watch star baseball players like Anthony Rendon (owner of the fifth-best WAR in MLB last year), which is a good thing because Rendon was ejected after hurting an umpire’s feelings by flipping his bat like a big jerk!

Anthony Rendon didn't say anything or even look back at umpire Marty Foster, but he still got ejected.pic.twitter.com/8fzrWoGAZq

Unacceptable behavior by Rendon, and good on home plate umpire Marty Foster for having the maturity of a four-year-old. This is how we clean up the game and give the fans what they want to see!
