Former United States President Donald Trump is currently in some serious legal trouble as he faces 37 different federal charges related to his alleged mishandling of classified documents, but that did not stop the former president from making an appearance at a major sporting event this weekend.
During this weekend’s UFC290, Donald Trump made a surprising appearance at the event, joining UFC president Dana White as the two walked into the arena together. As he made his way to his seat, Trump also shook the hands of several fans in attendance.
The appearance came as quite a surprise to most people in attendance, including the commentators, who seemed to be unaware that the former president would be in attendance.

Trump’s appearance at the event was difficult to ignore as the former president had one of the best seats in the house and even was even the focal point of a celebration when UFC fighter Dricus Du Plessis jumped out of the octagon to shake Trump’s hand after winning his fight against Robert Whittaker.
His appearance at the event certainly generated some reactions from fans.

This wasn’t the first time that Trump – a friend of Dana White – has attended. Trump has been spotted at multiple events in the past, even attending UFC 244 while he was president.
