Everyone knows what happened over the weekend with Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant. Once again, Morant was seen on video brandishing a gun.

The NBA acted quickly and repeatedly suspended Morant for his actions, but they aren’t the only ones sending Morant a message.

Prominent Crips gang member Bricc Baby offers a warning and some advice to the NBA star: stop flashing gang signs at NBA games unless he wants to be part of that gang.

When asked about Morant throwing up gang signs, he said that Morant is not down with the Crips as it seems.

“He knows what’s up,” he said. “He ain’t ——- with the gangland like that.”

“He throwing those N’s up, that’s going to cost you,” he said. “What do you want to do? To pay the Crips for the rest of your life?”

Bricc basically said that Ja Morant is not about that gang life, so why is he trying to be? He also asked if he should meet him later this summer so he could see what gang life is like.

“Start being real with yourself cuz, you a basketball player, you want to step into this field, we can show you a whole lot about this ****.”

But the main advice he was trying to give the young star was to leave the gang life alone and be a positive role model.

Real talk from somebody who is about that life.
