Charlie Moore made a buzzer-beating shot from half-court to give the Miami Hurricanes a 78-75 road victory over the Virginia Tech Hokies in ACC action Wednesday night in Blacksburg.

With the game tied 75-75, Moore took an inbound pass just shy of half-court with 1.8 seconds remaining, and he proceeded to bank in a half-court shot for the win.

That’s every basketball player’s dream way of winning a game.

Miami trailed by five points entering the final two minutes, and they entered the game as five-point underdogs.

The Hurricanes improve to 15-5 (7-2 in ACC play) with the wild victory, while the Hokies fall to 10-10 (2-7 in ACC play) with the heartbreaking loss.
