Tom Brady has all the time in the world for the next three weeks, as he waits out the remainder of his four-game deflategate suspension. Just because the Patriots quarterback can’t play on Sunday, doesn’t mean his Saturday has to be football-free, too.
Brady returned to his alma mater, Michigan, this weekend ahead of the Wolverines’ matchup with Colorado. He started the day playing catch with his son in the Big House.

Later, a child in an adult’s body, Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh, had his own catch with the former NFL MVP.

Reports emerged earlier this week that Brady was staying in game shape by throwing to former target Wes Welker, but Welker is apparently not the only one helping Brady stay game ready.
Brady also gave an inspiration speech to the Wolverines’ locker room.

Later on, Brady helped Michigan tight end Jake Butt get pumped up before the game. Although he might need to help Butt find the mouthpiece he dislodged in doing so.

This is further proof that Michigan’s bid to become college football’s premier celebrity program is alive and well. Although, unlike some of the stars to visit Harbaugh and Ann Arbor, Brady is actually a Michigan alum. Still, it never hurts to get a game-day visit from the most famous quarterback in the NFL.
